Egypt to manage number of deals at EGP750m worth


(MENAFN) Cairo Financial Holding (CFH) will organize number of deals in order to manage three Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in the fields of education and health care.

Accordingly, the first IPO is a two-tranche financing deal for a private university expansion in the country, which includes a loan worth EGP250mn.

On the other hand, the second deal is for a firm that owns a chain of global schools to grow its capital in order to finance an expansion plan.

In addition, the third IPO is for a healthcare firm, which is establishing a hospital and in need of liquidity by increasing its capital.
