China Sends New Batch of Internet Satellites into Orbit

(MENAFN) China has placed a new group of networking satellites into orbit following the successful launch of a newly developed carrier rocket, marking continued progress in its space-based communications expansion, according to reports.

State media said the satellites were launched from a domestic space facility and reached their planned orbit shortly after liftoff.

According to reports, the mission used a next-generation launch vehicle, reflecting ongoing efforts to enhance China’s space transportation systems and improve satellite deployment capabilities.

The newly deployed satellites are expected to support integrated communication services and further strengthen the country’s expanding orbital network infrastructure.
