Julianne Piper

Julianne is a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University. Her doctoral research focuses on how uncertainty affects collective action in response to complex global public health crises. Julianne holds a Master in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of British Columbia. Her research interests include global health security and global health governance.
