Towel Planter DIY: Got old towels lying around the house? Before you cut them up for mopping, just wait. You can actually use those same towels to create some seriously stylish and unique planters.

First, make a thick paste of cement and water in a bucket. Dip an old towel completely into this planter mixture. Next, drape the wet towel over an upside-down bucket, bowl, or pot. You can fold the edges to create a designer shape. Now, let it dry in the sun for 24 to 48 hours. Once the cement is rock-hard, gently remove it from the mould. Your beautiful and strong towel planter is ready!

If you already have an old tub or container with plants in it, you can give it a creative makeover. Just soak a towel in cement, drape it creatively over the container, and let it dry. After it dries, the container will have a beautiful textured layer from the towel. You can even decorate it with paints and stones.

You can also make indoor planters from small hand towels. For this, soak the towel in cement and hang it upside down over a cold drink can or a small container. After it dries for 24 to 48 hours, fill it with soil and plant small plants or succulents. This is a fantastic idea for indoor decoration.

You can also make a stylish towel planter using an old stand. Just place a large bowl on top of the stand. Then, dip a towel in cement and spread it over the bowl. After it dries, it will look just like hanging fabric. You can make it even more attractive by painting it with gold, silver, or other colourful metallic paints.

If you want to give your planter a modern and aesthetic look, paint it with black metallic paint. To do this, dip a towel in regular cement and shape it over a bucket. After it dries, clean the edges and paint it with a black or charcoal metallic colour. This will make the planter look incredibly stylish.
