FISME To Hold Webinar On Foreclosure Charges, Financial Agreements, Dispute Resolution For Msmes


(MENAFN- KNN India) New Delhi, May 11 (KNN) Federation of Indian Micro and Small & Medium Enterprises (FISME) will organise a webinar on May 12 to help MSMEs better understand financial agreements and strengthen dispute resolution mechanisms amid growing complexities in banking-related transactions.

The webinar, titled 'Strengthening MSME Financial Agreements and Dispute Resolution Mechanisms,' will focus on challenges faced by MSMEs in navigating bank agreements, disputes related to foreclosure charges, prepayment penalties, EMI calculations and loan closures.

The session aims to highlight the importance of legally sound dispute resolution frameworks and help businesses avoid financial risks arising from inadequately structured agreements.

Key discussion areas will include decoding critical clauses in banking and loan agreements, handling foreclosure and prepayment disputes, resolving financial disputes in under 90 days through online dispute resolution mechanisms, and safeguarding businesses through well-drafted arbitration clauses.

The webinar will feature speakers including Kumar Ranjan, Chief Manager (Faculty), State Bank of India Academy, Suveer Gaur, advocate and legal strategist, and Ratika Srivastava, Legal Manager-Partnerships, WeVaad.

The online session will be held on Tuesday, May 12, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Participation is free, but prior registration is mandatory.
