In the letter addressed to the Primary Health Centre (PHC) Awantipora, the applicant, a resident of Beighpora village, said he had previously worked at the same facility as a lab technician.
He stated that he had come to know about recruitment for sweeper posts on an outsourced basis and requested that his case be considered, citing unemployment and the need for work. The letter did not mention the reason for leaving the earlier job.
Reacting to the development, Bhan said the case reflects a deeper employment crisis, adding that the youth deserve dignity in work and not desperation.
