Talar Moukhtarian
- Assistant Professor in Mental Health, Warwick Medical School, University of Warwick
I am a researcher specialising in digital mental health interventions. My work focuses on developing and evaluating early and preventative interventions, for delivery outside of traditional treatment settings such as the NHS, focusing on workplaces and schools. I have a PhD exploring emotional dysregulation symptoms in adults with ADHD and borderline personality disorder and have expertise in systematic reviews, feasibility and RCT trials, and co-production methodologies with individuals with lived experience. Over the past five years, I have led and collaborated on multiple research projects on sleep, depression/anxiety and eating disorders, securing grants as Principal Investigator and working closely with industry-based organisations to translate research into practice.
