Ukrainian Water Polo Team Handed Technical Loss For Refusing To Play Russia

The teams were scheduled to face off in the match for seventh place in the second division of the World Cup. Ukraine refused to take the field against the water polo players of the aggressor country, having previously played five games in the group stage and at the start of the playoffs.
