Rivne Resident Jailed For Spying On Ukrainian Airfields For Russian Missile Strikes
“Based on evidence collected by the Security Service, another enemy informant has been sentenced to eight years in prison for spying on Ukraine's Defense Forces in the western regions. In February 2025, SBU officers detained the suspect during another attempt to pass on intelligence data. He was identified as a 21-year-old resident of the town of Radyvyliv in the Rivne region,” the post reads.
It is noted that the suspect spied on Ukrainian Armed Forces units moving toward the front through western Ukraine. Upon spotting military convoys, he recorded the approximate number of combat vehicles and their tactical characteristics.
