Kuwait PM Visits Food Supply, Flour Mills Companies

KUWAIT, March 1 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah conducted an inspection visit Sunday to the Kuwait Supply Company and the Kuwait Flour Mills & Bakeries Company.
During his visit to Kuwait Supply Company, he reviewed the state's strategic stock of essential food items, examining plans for ensuring the availability of various food supplies, the smooth operation of supply chains, and delivery and distribution processes.
At Kuwait Flour Mills and Bakeries Company, the Prime Minister was briefed by officials on measures to enhance production and bakery operations in line with approved food security plans to meet the needs of citizens and residents. (end)
