International Petroleum Corporation Publishes Prospectus For Bond Listing On Euronext Oslo Børs

IPC's senior unsecured bonds were issued on October 10, 2025 with maturity in October 2030. The prospectus for the bonds to be admitted for trading on Euronext Oslo Børs was approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority today, and the prospectus will be passported to Norway.
