A Professor and internationally recognised expertise in interdisciplinary studies and science communication. My research involves using poetry and games to engender meaningful dialogue between scientists and society. I have an MA in Higher Education and am a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, with over 100 publications and a h-index of 22. I am also a poet, game designer, Chief Executive Editor of Geoscience Communication and founder of the science and poetry journal Consilience.
