Kuwait Denounces Terrorist Attack On Syria Mosque

KUWAIT, Dec 26 (KUNA) -- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Kuwait's strong condemnation of the terrorist bombing that left scores of casualties at a mosque in Homs governorate, central western Syria, on Friday.
Reaffirming its principled rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism whatever the motives might be, the State of Kuwait stresses the importance of unity in the face of such cowardly acts that aim to intimidate peaceful people, said a statement from the Ministry.
The State of Kuwait offers sincere condolences to the government and people of sisterly Syria as well as the families of the victims, and wishes the injured a quick recovery, the statement added. (end)
