Nearly 400,000 Square Meters Of Road Sections Repaired In Dnipropetrovsk Region This Year - Kuleba
During a working trip to the region, the Deputy Prime Minister, together with the head of the Recovery Agency, Serhiy Sukhomlyn, traveled along the frontline roads, where repairs and measures to install anti-drone protection are ongoing, and inspected the areas that provide military and humanitarian logistics on a daily basis.
“The work is being carried out in constant coordination with the military,” Kuleba said.
Limited resources and the security situation, he noted, do not allow for the entire network to be repaired at once, so a system of priorities is in place in the frontline territories. This system is determined by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense.

However, frontline roads often pass through roads of different jurisdictions: national, local, and municipal. If one section remains destroyed, the route effectively ceases to function.
That is why we are taking a comprehensive approach across the board.
Kuleba cited Barvinkove in the Kharkiv region as an example of such comprehensive coordinated work. One of the important logistical routes to the front there passes through roads of different jurisdictions.
“The task was to restore them simultaneously, at the same pace and according to agreed priorities. To date, 40 kilometers of state and local roads on this route have already been repaired,” the deputy prime minister said.
According to him, work on the municipal roads of the Barvinkove City Council is continuing. In particular, the final stage involves covering several key sections with mesh. Other sections will follow.
According to Kuleba, the same work is being carried out systematically in other frontline areas. A separate priority for enhanced protection are sections within 10-15 kilometers of the front line.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Ministry of Development, together with the Ministry of Energy, is working to increase the available volume of electricity for the Dnipropetrovsk regio, which must correspond to its load as a frontline region with military logistics and large-scale industry.
