Watch: Bryde's Whales Spotted In Abu Dhabi 'First Collective Feeding In Arabian Gulf'
Abu Dhabi's waters witnessed a striking sight as a number of Bryde's whales gathered at one spot to feed.
This marks the first documented instance of collective feeding behaviour by whales in the Arabian Gulf, the Environment Agency Abu Dhabi (EAD) said.

The agency said its research team will continue studying the site to understand why this area is attractive to the species.

Last year, in December, a Bryde's whale was spotted near the Port of Fujairah waters, upon which a team of specialists was mobilised to monitor the whale's movements and ensure its safe return to its natural migratory path.
