Southern Military Region Downs Two Drones

Amman, December 2 (Petra) – The Southern Military Region on Tuesday foiled two attempts by drones to infiltrate Jordanian territory along the western border, in coordination with military security agencies.
After border guard forces detected the drones, the rules of engagement were applied, resulting in both aircraft being shot down inside Jordanian territory.
The drones were handed over to the relevant authorities.
