The signing took place under the joint chairmanship of Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braže and Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Kachka.
Kachka emphasized that Ukraine is currently in an active phase of accession negotiations with the EU.“The next 24 months are decisive, and it is crucial now to unite efforts not only to implement legislation, but also to introduce tools that reinforce the state's institutional capacity,” he said.
He added that among such tools are artificial intelligence technologies, particularly for translating and analyzing large volumes of EU legal acts, noting the importance of preserving Ukrainian language culture and authentic linguistic models in public documentation related to European integration.
Tilde, he said, was chosen as the most suitable solution for Ukraine's needs, as the platform accounts for the specifics of the Ukrainian language – its phraseology, morphology, and stylistics – ensuring authenticity of translations.
