Qatar Strongly Condemns Israeli Prime Minister, Ministers, And Officials Entry Into Occupied Syrian Territories
(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The State of Qatar strongly condemned the entry of the Israeli Prime Minister and a number of ministers and officials in the occupation government into the occupied Syrian territories, considering it a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the fraternal Syrian Arab Republic, a flagrant violation of international law, and a serious threat to regional security.
In a statement on Thursday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs urged the international community to take urgent action to compel the Israeli occupation to comply with international law resolutions, particularly the 1974 ceasefire agreement, and to stop its repeated attacks on Syrian territory to prevent further escalation and tension in the region.
The ministry reiterated the State of Qatar's full support for Syria's sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, and the aspirations of its fraternal people for security and stability.
