China deploys three satellites into orbit for space environment exploration
(MENAFN) China successfully launched three satellites into orbit on Wednesday to support space environment research and technology testing, according to reports.
A Long March-2C carrier rocket carrying the satellites lifted off at 12:01 p.m. local time (0401 GMT) from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwestern China.
The satellites, named Shijian-30A, Shijian-30B, and Shijian-30C, are intended for studying the space environment and verifying related technological applications.
This launch marked the 608th mission of the Long March carrier rocket series.
