CHICAGO - Golin has hired three senior leaders to strengthen its creative and strategic planning capabilities across North America. Executive creative director Meg Farquhar joins the Chicago office, where she leads a 20-person team working on clients including Ferrara, Grubhub, McDonald's, Verizon and Walmart. The agency also added executive VPs of strategy Tom Howells in the Western region and Martin Coomber in New York. Howells previously worked at United Entertainment Group and Edelman, and Coomber joins from VCCP, where he led strategy and grew the New York team.
NEW YORK - Weber Shandwick has appointed Joe Kingsbury global president of AI transformation services and Anindita Chattopadhyay as Weber I/O agentic lead. Kingsbury will oversee the firm's commercial AI operations while Chattopadhyay leads technical scaling across its agentic systems. Kingsbury joins from Edelman, where he created the firm's business marketing group, and Chattopadhyay comes from Publicis Sapient, where she was product director for core AI.

Mullins, who reports to head of digital Eric Petersen, brings more than 20 years of experience developing talent partnerships and integrated marketing strategies across entertainment, advertising and digital content. His background includes talent agency and artist management work.
WASHINGTON - Curley Company has hired Ken Buraker as executive creative director. Buraker brings more than 30 years of experience from roles at Urban Emu, Ketchum and Porter Novelli, where he led award-winning work for clients including Takeda, Mastercard, FedEx, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He reports to president KayAnn Schoeneman.
WASHINGTON - Stratacomm has promoted Kara Frank to senior vice president and appointed her to its executive leadership team. Frank helped secure a five-year rebid with a federal government client, one of the agency's largest wins of the year. She has nearly 15 years of experience in strategic planning, digital and creative strategy and public outreach, and joined Stratacomm in 2019.
LOS ANGELES - Actum has added three senior leaders to its corporate and board advisory group: partner Dan Tarman in Los Angeles and senior managing directors Nabanita Chaterjee and Cecelia Prewett in Washington. Tarman previously served as chief communications officer at eBay and SVP of public affairs at Visa. Chaterjee held senior legal and corporate affairs roles at Norfolk Southern and Prudential Financial, and Prewett previously led SKDK's DC public affairs practice and held senior roles at the Federal Trade Commission and in Congress.
DETROIT - LLYC has appointed Carlos Andrés Ariza managing director of U.S. integrated marketing. Ariza will lead the firm's digital marketing unit and advance capabilities in omnichannel media, MarTech, AI and digital innovation. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience with brands including Nvidia, Intuit, Ford, Honda Powersports, LEGO and Dole Foods.
TORONTO - Oyster Group has hired investigative journalist Charlsie Agro as senior consultant. Agro joins after 10 years as host and correspondent for CBC's Marketplace. She will support clients on storytelling and complex public affairs issues.
