I am a public health researcher with an interest in conducting research in fields such as maternal health, sexual and reproductive health, mental health and wellbeing, migration health, mindfulness and health services research. I studied and worked in various research projects in different countries including the United Kingdom, Nepal, and Australia. I also have previously worked as a lecturer in public health, public health officer and medical laboratory technologist.
I completed my undergraduate studies in Medical Laboratory Science (BScMLT) from Nepal and then did my Master in Public Health (MPH) from Australia. I then completed my PhD from Bournemouth University. The title of my PhD was "A study of perinatal services among maternity users in a southern district in Nepal".
