Air Defense Forces Destroy 61 Out Of 80 Russian Drones
"On the night of November 5 (from 7:00 p.m. on November 4), the enemy attacked with 80 Shahed, Gerbera, and other types of combat UAVs from the directions of Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russian Federation); about 50 of them were Shaheds. According to preliminary data, as of 9:00 a.m., Air Defense Forces shot down/jammed 61 enemy Shahed, Gerbera, and other types of drones in the north, south, and east of the country," the report said.
As noted, 18 combat UAVs were recorded hitting 7 locations, as well as the fall of downed (debris) at 2 locations.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare, and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, the Air Force said.
