Profile Articles Activity

I work on the population dynamics and ecology of social insects. Invasive ants and social wasps in the Pacific region are a particular focus. We examine the role of pathogens on population dynamics. We use a wide variety of techniques including the statistical modelling of population dynamics and molecular genetic approaches that include gene silencing and next generation sequencing.
