She also holds a CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) designation and is a BTM (Business Technology Management) Fellow.
Catherine has over 20 years of experience in technology organizations, specializing in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management and financial management. Additionally, Catherine has also consulted for the oil and gas industry, specializing in the areas of recruitment, employee engagement and market segmentation.

Catherine's research interests include the impact of disruption on organizational culture, learning and innovation in organizations and the implications of higher education as a consumer product.
