This eight-day gathering will welcome over 25,000 delegates and attendees from across the United States and around the globe-representing countries such as England, South Africa, Kenya, Israel, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo-with an estimated $25 million in economic impact for the city of Memphis.

This signature initiative-led by Presiding Bishop J. Drew Sheard aims to bring tangible hope and relief to underserved families. Memphis residents will receive free food, toys, clothing, appliances, and health services, reflecting the church's ongoing mission to serve others.

Throughout the Holy Convocation, COGIC will also host its Health Fair from Wednesday, November 5, through Saturday, November 8, 2025, offering free medical services, including blood pressure screenings, COVID-19 testing and boosters, consultations with licensed medical professionals, and other vital health checks. Both Convocation attendees and local residents will have access to these resources.
