With an exclusive menu launching on November 5th in partnership with Bombay Sapphire and a Dia de los Muertos celebration taking over the venue on November 1st in collaboration with Don Julio, each allows you to experience the dreamlike charm of Bar Dali like never before.

Dive into the depths of your imagination as Bar Dali and Bombay Sapphire‘unveil ‘Step int’ the Blue’, a global creative project and cocktail experience launching from November 6th onwards. Born from a conversation about Bom’ay Sapphire’s evolving role in modern mixology, the immersive campaign dives, quite literally, beneath the surface of creati’ity. Bar Dali’s Beverage Director, Vitor Hugo Lourenço, conceptualised a unique process, submerging–bespoke clay pot–encased Bombay Sapphire bottles underwater at a secret location for several months.

The project symbolises the idea that true craftsmanship takes time, depth, and imagination, and unfolded through four cinematic chapters. It began with The Concept, where the Bar Dali team f‘rst dreamt up the ’Step into the Blue’ idea, followed by The Dive, a symbolic plunge into creativity as the bottles were placed underwater. The Return and The Creation complete the story, as the team retrieved the bottles months later to craft a bespoke four-cocktail menu inspired by the journey.
Beginning the surreal descent this November, guests will have the chance to sip on exclusive Bombay Sapphire-infused creations such as, the Royal Gimlet, balancing aromatic violet and crisp botanicals, and the Dali & Tonic, which reimagines a timeless classic with citrus, spice, and a dry, artful twist. Meanwhile, Surreal Vapour delivers a creamy blend of oolong and honey for a rich, lingering finish, while Last Sapphire combines zesty citrus with the herbal depth of Green Chartreuse and Maraschino. With new cocktails introduced each month, the experience continues to evolve, reflecting the depth and creativity behind the project itself. All cocktails will be 70 AED and the four-hands cocktail menu is available for guests November 6th onwards.

Bar Dali and Don Julio Present the Ultimate Day of the Dead Celebration
This November 1st, Bar Dali will come alive with colour, rhythm, and otherworldly charm as it partners with Don Julio for a Day of the Dead celebration like no other. Running from 10.00pm until late, the night will capture the essence of Mexico’s most iconic tradition through vibrantédécor, glowing candlelight, and Bar D’li’s signature surreal flair.

Guests can indulge in a special Don Julio cocktail menu crafted exclusively for the occasion, featuring creative twists on tequila favourites for AED 75 each. Highlights include Unlighted, an earthy, enigmatic blend of Don Julio Reposado, Mancino Rosso Vermouth, and Talisker Storm, Velvet Dawn, a zesty mix of Don Julio Rosado, honey, and peach soda, and Aurora, a lively balance of Don Julio Primavera, Aperol, and Yellow Chartreuse. In the spirit of the celebration, a live DJ will keep guests dancing well into the early hours with Latin-inspired beats, while special surprises such as spin-the-wheel prizes, scratch cards, and giveaways add to the festivities.
