Sylvain Amoros

Sylvain Amoros is a Digital Entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in paid and natural search, Digital Media, Web Analytics, and Customer Experience Optimization. He holds a master's degree in E-Commerce from HEC Montréal, an internationally recognized business school, which is ranked among the top 50 best business schools worldwide. He founded his first company in 2005, Teksteel, which specialized in search engine optimization and web analytics. It was later acquired by Cossette two years later. Sylvain built his second company in 2012, Konversion, which specialized in digital performance marketing. This was subsequently acquired by Accenture in 2018.
Since 2021, Sylvain serves an Adjunct Professor at HEC Montréal. He is responsible for the Digital Marketing pedagogical content in the Department of Marketing. He is also actively involved with the Chair of eCommerce at HEC Montreal and its research team. The latest studies and scientific research collaborations with this team focus on Digital Sustainability.
In addition to his extensive entrepreneurial experience, Sylvain is a coach and mentor to several companies incubated at the Base, HEC Montreal's entrepreneurial innovation hub.
