
Alexander Klimenko
- Director, Centre for Multiscale Energy Systems, The University of Queensland
Aledander Klimenko lectures in Mechanical Engineering within the School of Mechanical and Mining Engineering. He received his PhD from Moscow University in 1991 and his DEng from the University of Queensland in 2007.
An expert in energy, thermodynamics and combustion, he is the Director of CMES (Energy Futures), a centre investigating systemic energy solutions for energy transition, including energy storage options such as hydrogen, thermal storage, compressed air energy storage and more.
