(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Ukrainian Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko wrote this on Telegram following a meeting with U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent, Ukrinform reports.

“We continue the dialogue between the leaders of our countries and are moving at a fast pace. The U.S.-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund has already started working. A few important decisions remain for the Fund's full operation, but the first 'pipeline' of potential projects is already being formed. We are focusing on priority projects in critical minerals, energy, and infrastructure. Ukraine is a reliable partner for bold U.S.-Ukrainian business ventures,” noted the Prime Minister.

It is reported that during the meeting with U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent, cooperation on Europe's energy security was discussed.

“European and transatlantic unity plays a key role here,” emphasized Yuliia Svyrydenko.

“We thank the U.S. administration. We continue to coordinate our efforts to strengthen Ukraine in key areas – defense, sanctions, and financial support,” wrote the head of the Government.

As reported by Ukrinform, on October 13, a Ukrainian delegation led by Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko traveled to the United States. The goals of the visit are to strengthen air defense and strike capabilities, enhance sanctions, and provide assistance in the energy sector.
