Sharm El Sheikh: Egyptian President H E Abdel Fattah El Sisi has praised the sincere efforts by Qatar, the United States, and Turkiye to reach the Sharm El-Sheikh Agreement to end the war in the Gaza Strip.

In his speech yesterday at the Sharm El Sheikh Peace Summit, El Sisi affirmed his support for the implementation of the peace plan, which would create the necessary political horizon for implementing the two-state solution, as it is the only way to achieve the legitimate aspirations of the Palestinian and Israeli peoples to end the conflict and live in security.

President El Sisi reiterated his thanks to the partners in the US, Turkiye, and Qatar for their sincere efforts.

He emphasised Egypt's support and eagerness to see the plan implemented, arguing that it creates the essential political space needed for the two-state solution to materialise, which is the only way for the Palestinian and Israeli peoples to realise their legitimate ambition to end the conflict and live safely.
