The Bad Weather Continues. Panama's Sinaproc Warns Of Adverse Maritime Conditions On Both Coasts -

(MENAFN- Newsroom Panama) The National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) has issued two alerts due to adverse maritime conditions that will affect both the Pacific and Caribbean coasts of Panama in the coming days. On the Pacific coast, winds with westerly and southerly winds are expected to intensify from this Saturday, October 11th, to Tuesday October 14th. These conditions will cause increased waves and rough seas along the entire Pacific coast of the country. Meanwhile, along the Caribbean coast, adverse maritime conditions are forecast due to the presence of swells and increased wind speeds.

These will affect the central and western Caribbean regions, including windy conditions in the east. This alert will be in effect from Saturday, October 11th to Tuesday, October 14th. Sinaproc recommends extreme caution for swimmers, small boat crews, and vulnerable coastal communities due to the risk of sea incursions into low-lying areas. The institution reported that it will maintain constant monitoring and surveillance of the situation to safeguard the safety of the population.
