Russians Attack Energy And Civil Infrastructure In Odesa Region, One Person Injured


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) According to Ukrinform, the Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, reported this on Telegram .

“Last night, the enemy attacked energy and civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region. Energy equipment, two residential buildings, and a hotel complex were damaged,” Kiper wrote.

According to him, one person was injured as a result of the enemy attacks.

The Head of the Regional Military Administration noted that rescuers from the State Emergency Service and repair crews began work as soon as the security situation allowed. Energy workers are making every effort to fully restore the power supply. Critical infrastructure is being powered by generators.

"On the night of October 11, the Russian Armed Forces attacked Odesa and the Odesa region with strike drones. As a result of massive enemy shelling, power facilities were damaged. Forty-four settlements remain without power... One civilian was injured in the night attack. A 47-year-old woman was injured and taken to the hospital," the Regional Prosecutor's Office stated.

As reported by Ukrinform, on the night of October 9, the Russians struck the energy infrastructure of the Odesa region. More than 30,000 users were left without powe r.
