
Occupiers Dye Radiator Water In Donetsk Region To Prevent Drinking - CNS
“In the occupied Donbas, water in radiators is being dyed bright green. The occupying authorities say that this is to 'detect leaks', but in reality they are simply afraid that people will drain it for drinking,” the message says.
The CNS explained that this is how the invaders are saving the neglected heating system.
