Winchester Case Dismissed
EINPresswire/ -- The case filed against Winchester Capital Investments and Ceasar N. Anquillare has been dismissed with prejudice by stipulation so ordered by Rhode Island Federal District Court Judge William Smith. The Parties acknowledged that Mr. Anquillare and Winchester Capital Investments vigorously denied liability and the Parties agreed that the Settlement was achieved for business reasons unrelated to any allegations made in the litigation.
