Animalzone® Visits The Leilani Farm Sanctuary, Maui's 'Noah's Ark'
EINPresswire/ -- This Saturday, October 11, viewers can tune in to AnimalZone to take a heartwarming ride on the road towards Hāna, where rainbows meet waterfalls and a special animal sanctuary awaits. The episode airs at 8:30 a.m. nationwide and 5:30 p.m. PT in California on Cox Television's national network. Leilani Farm Sanctuary is home to more than 300 rescued animals, including chatty chickens, pampered pigs, serene swans, curious goats, cuddly guinea pigs, and even Henry the cat, once found living in a rusty car and now ruling as feline royalty.
“I created this sanctuary for animals to be a place built on the idea of compassion for all living beings. It is eight lush acres of pure love,” says Founder Laurelee Blanchard. “We save animals from slaughter, orphaned animals, and take joy in educating the community on the humane treatment of animals, all in this beautiful oasis.”
In 1999, Blanchard cashed out her life savings and traded her successful career in Southern California to acquire the eight-acre parcel of land, which would become Leilani Farm Sanctuary. Today, donations keep this animal utopia thriving, proving that kindness, like sunshine, grows best on Maui. For more about Leilani Farm Sanctuary, visit .
Since 2018, AnimalZone® has filmed more than 180 episodes in the U.S., Switzerland, Japan, and Hawaii. The family favorite show shares uplifting stories that highlight the extraordinary bond between animals and humans.
