Russian Strikes Target Energy Sites Mainly On Ukraine's Left Bank - Hrynchuk

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) This was stated by Energy Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk on television, according to Ukrinform.

“Last night, the enemy launched a combined strike, mainly on the left bank regions, targeting power generation facilities. As a result, several regions are implementing emergency power outage schedules to balance the system while energy companies assess the condition of the equipment and begin restoring power to consumers,” she said.

The minister stressed that the power system remains under control. Reserve schemes are being used to restore power to consumers.“We strive to ensure that, where possible, power cuts are hourly rather than emergency,” Hrynchuk said.
