KUWAIT, Oct 9 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has addressed a cable to Egyptian President Abdelfattah Al-Sisi expressing congratulations on the appointment of Dr. Khaled Ahmad Al-Enani as Director General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
His Highness the Amir expressed pride of this high-esteem designation for Dr. Al-Enani, wished him success and expressed good wishes to the Egyptian president. (end)
