Latest Acquisition Marks Another Milestone in Ouma's Surging Growth

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Ouma Health, a national leader in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) telemedicine, today announced its acquisition of Sunny Day MFM and certain clinical assets of Boston MFM. The acquisition integrates four new in-person locations across Florida, Massachusetts, and Maine – to expand Ouma's care model from exclusively telemedicine to hybrid care models. This move reinforces Ouma's mission to expand access to high-quality maternal-fetal care for all patients, regardless of income, geography, or background.
