Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa Co. and Cura Health Donate Medical Equipment to Lebanon


(MENAFN- Bensirri PR) Kuwait, October 8, 2025: Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa Commercial Co. (AAW), together with its subsidiary Cura Health, announced the donation of medical equipment and supplies to the Government of Lebanon. This contribution is aimed at increasing the medical response capacity of the Lebanese Ministry of Defense, as part of an initiative to strengthen public healthcare services during emergencies and natural disasters.
The announcement was made at a meeting between AAW Chairman and CEO, Mr. Faisal Ali Al Mutawa and the Minister of Defense of the Lebanese Republic, General Michel Mounsef, during his recent visit to Kuwait, along with his accompanying delegation. The meeting was also attended by Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Lebanon in the State of Kuwait, Ms. Mia Al Adem,

The donations include a wide range of advanced medical equipment, dental chairs, medical imaging devices, as well as first aid and wound care supplies. All were provided at the ministry’s request to strengthen Lebanon’s healthcare system, equipping it with the necessary tools to save lives and respond quickly to emergencies and disasters.

Mr. Faisal Ali Al Mutawa said: “Lebanon is a country with which we share enduring historical, cultural, and humanitarian ties. Kuwait, through its leadership and people, has consistently supported Lebanon in times of difficulty. This contribution continues that humanitarian spirit and underscores Kuwait’s commitment to supporting Lebanon.”

Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa Commercial Co. has previously contributed to several humanitarian and healthcare initiatives in Lebanon, most notably its participation earlier this year in the Lebanese Embassy’s campaign in Kuwait, “Kuwait Wants Your Safety” and its donation of medical equipment to the Sibleen Governmental Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. The company also continues to support the Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon, along with a number of other humanitarian initiatives across the Arab region.
