Khyber police have arrested an international ice dealer during an operation against drug traffickers. According to police officials, the action was carried out on the special directives of District Police Officer (DPO) Khyber, Rai Mazhar Iqbal.

Under the supervision of SHO Jamrud Naseem Khan, Additional SHO Islam Shah, and Assistant In-charge Zarmat Khan Shaheed Checkpost Shahzaib, police set up a special checkpoint in the Shakas area based on intelligence reports.

During the operation, police arrested a dealer of international repute and recovered 10 kilograms of ice from his possession.

A case has been registered against the accused, and further investigation is underway. SHO Jamrud Naseem Khan stated that the arrested suspect is an active member of a well-organized international drug network involved in ice smuggling across different parts of Pakistan.

Following the DPO's directives, security has been further tightened at all checkpoints in Jamrud, with additional blockades and enhanced surveillance measures implemented across various locations.
