New Timings Announced For Kashmir Schools From Oct 3

Srinagar- Director General of School Education Kashmir, G N Itoo, on Tuesday issued orders revising the school timings for all government and private schools across the Kashmir division, effective from October 3.
According to the orders , schools within the Srinagar municipal limits will now function from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, while schools outside the municipal limits will operate from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The directive applies to both government and recognised private schools across the division.“It is ordered that new school timing both in respect of government as well as recognised private schools in the Kashmir Division shall be implemented with effect from October 3,” the order reads.
