U.S. Representative Alleges Attempts to Silence Her Over Epstein Files
(MENAFN) U.S. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene has asserted that “powerful people” are endeavoring to suppress her due to her renewed push to have the Epstein files made public.
She emphasized that she is “not suicidal” and insisted that if she were to be harmed, it would not be by her own hand.
Greene is supporting a House resolution introduced by Republican Representative Thomas Massie.
The resolution aims to compel the Justice Department to disclose all remaining documents related to Jeffrey Epstein—the financier and convicted sex offender who reportedly died by suicide in a Manhattan jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking accusations.
The Republican from Georgia took to X on Saturday to issue a grave warning to her followers, urging them to “find out” the truth if she were ever found dead.
“I am not suicidal and one of the happiest, healthiest people you will meet,” Greene stated, rejecting any insinuation that she might take her own life after backing the petition to unseal the files.
This petition needs 218 signatures to bypass committee leadership and bring the resolution straight to the House floor—a move Greene considers essential to uncovering what she calls the “Epstein rape and pedophile network.”
She further warned, “If something happens to me, I ask you to find out which foreign government or powerful people would go to such lengths to keep this information from coming out.”
She concluded by saying, “The People understand what I’m saying.”
