Nando's Qatar Heats Things Up With New Saucy Wings And A Fresh Dining Experience
At Nando's, flavour has always been about more than food. It's about fire, community, and the joy of sharing meals that bring people together. This season, Nando's Qatar is answering two big cravings: bold new flavours and a new place to enjoy them.
Saucy Wings Arrive in Qatar
When Nando's teased its new *Saucy Wings* on social media earlier this year, the response was instant: fans wanted more fire, more flavour, and more fun. Now, Saucy Wings are finally here - available in two indulgent options made for messy, unforgettable eating.
Honey & Soy Sauce balances silky sweetness with a savoury kick of soy.
Spicy Brown Sugar Sauce layers caramelized richness with a spark of heat.
Flame-grilled as always and then generously coated in sauce, these wings reflect what younger diners in Qatar have been asking for: spicier, bolder, and more playful flavour experiences. Recent food trends show Gen Z gravitates toward adventurous combinations - sauces that surprise, textures that excite, and meals that feel shareable. Saucy Wings are designed with exactly that spirit in mind.
“Wings are about fun, flavour, and sharing, and that's exactly what Saucy Wings deliver,” said Balu Subramaniam, Operations Head for Nando's Qatar.“They embody the Nando's spirit - bold, fiery, and perfect for every occasion, from casual meals to festive gatherings.”
A New Home at Place Vendôme Mall
While Saucy Wings are set to become a menu favourite, Nando's is also giving loyal fans something else they've been waiting for - a brand-new restaurant at Place Vendôme Mall.
For months, Nando's Qatar had been receiving requests through social media from guests asking when the brand would come to Vendôme. The demand reflected more than just appetite; it showed how deeply the brand has become woven into everyday dining in Qatar.
The new location answers that call. With inviting interiors, an outdoor seating area, and the backdrop of Vendôme's famous dancing water fountain show, the restaurant offers a dining experience unlike anywhere else.
“Our new Vendôme Mall restaurant is more than just another branch - it's a statement of our commitment to Qatar,” said Vyanktesh Jaiswal, Chief Operating Officer for Nando's Qatar.“It's about creating a space where food, community, and atmosphere come together, and where every meal feels like an experience worth sharing.”
A Growing Presence in Qatar
With the opening at Vendôme, Nando's now operates 12 restaurants across Qatar, each one staying true to its Afro-Portuguese heritage of flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken, bold sauces, and a welcoming spirit. From classic chicken and burgers to the newly launched Saucy Wings, Nando's continues to evolve while keeping flavour at the heart of everything it does.
Why It Matters
The story of Nando's in Qatar is more than a restaurant expansion or a new menu launch. It reflects how dining habits are changing. Guests want flavour that excites, spaces that feel social, and experiences that go beyond the plate.
