Russians Use New Tactics In Pokrovsk Direction - Military

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) According to Ukrinform, the press service of the 7th Corps of the Airborne Assault Forces reported this on Facebook and released a video of the destruction of Russians on the outskirts of the Pokrovsk agglomeration.

The military reports a new pattern of enemy activity in the area of responsibility of the 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Airborne Forces.

Infiltration is becoming the dominant tactic, with attempts to penetrate in small groups, bypassing the forward positions of the Ukrainian military, according to the report.

Recently, a group of Russian invaders managed to infiltrate one of the settlements in the Pokrovsk agglomeration. As a result of the measures taken, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed the Russians. There is no threat of enemy buildup in this settlement.

At the same time, Russian troops are conducting round-the-clock reconnaissance and maintaining a high intensity of use of unmanned aerial vehicles against Ukrainian military positions. Every day, up to 600 enemy FPV and strike drones are recorded.

Understanding the logic of the Russian Federation's actions, the command of the 7th Airborne Corps is acting in accordance with the situation that has developed and taking into account the available forces and means.

Ukrainian units are using all available forces and resources. In particular, they are remotely mining possible enemy routes, deploying fire teams, and covering threatening directions with UAV crews. If necessary, additional engineering barriers are created.

The defenders of Pokrovsk are systematically destroying Russian UAVs with the help of drones and strike“wings.”

As reported by Ukrinform, 156 combat clashes between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders were recorded on the front line over the past day.
