Unmanned Systems Destroy Four Russian Air Defense Systems In September

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) This was announced on television by Olha Melioshyna, spokesperson for the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Unmanned Systems Forces, according to Ukrinform.

“As of today, four installations [Russian air defense systems] have been destroyed in September, and about 11 have been hit,” she said.

Melioshyna also reported that in August, 33 enemy anti-aircraft missile systems, multiple launch rocket systems, or anti-aircraft installations were hit or destroyed.

According to her, this significantly weakens the defensive capabilities of the Russian occupiers.

The spokeswoman stressed that the effectiveness of the SBS is increasing. The average number of targets hit by units per day is approximately 800 to 900.

“It all depends on the day and weather conditions, but we are talking about approximately 800 units, and this includes not only personnel, but also various objects: equipment, drone launch sites, and enemy logistics hubs,” Melioshyna clarified.
