Kuwait Welcomes Luxembourg's Intent To Recognize Palestine

KUWAIT, Sept 16 (KUNA) -- The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday welcomed the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg's intent to officially recognize the State of Palestine.
In a press release, the ministry said Kuwait hails the step that contributes to establishing a Palestinian state on the 1967 border with East Jerusalem as its capital.
The statement urged other countries to follow suit in order to reach a just and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian cause. (end)
