Tier One Silver Announces Upsize Of Previously Announced Private Placement

(TSXV: TSLV) (OTCQB: TSLVF) ("Tier One" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it is increasing the size of the non-brokered private placement, the terms of which were announced on September 3, 2025, (the " Offering ") due to increased investor demand. The Company now intends to sell up to 81,250,000 units for gross proceeds of up to $6,500,000 which is expected to close in two tranches on September 11, 2025, and September 16, 2025, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. All other terms of the Offering remain unchanged.
