Ex-Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission is being investigated for law violations


(MENAFN) Yi Huiman, the former chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, is under investigation for alleged "serious violations" of Communist Party discipline and national law.

Yi, 61, led the commission between January 2019 and February 2024. The announcement regarding the probe was published online by the Communist Party’s Central Commission for Discipline Inspection along with the National Commission of Supervision.
