Zepp Health Acquires Core Assets Of Wild.AI To Expand Support For Female Athletes Across Life Stages
(BUSINESS WIRE )--Zepp Health (NYSE: ZEPP), the parent company of Amazfit, today announced it has acquired the core assets and intellectual property of Wild , a pioneering women's wellness platform focused on optimizing female performance through hormone-informed coaching. The acquisition was completed at the end of August and includes Wild's proprietary technology and select members of its leadership team.
Wild is renowned for using physiological and hormonal data to help women Track, Train, Fuel, and Recover based on their cycle and life stage. From menstruation to menopause, the platform delivers personalized insights that help improve performance, reduce injury risk, and deepen body awareness-serving both elite athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts.
This acquisition builds on a successful partnership between Zepp Health and Wild, including the recent launch of a Wild mini-app on Amazfit's Active 2 smartwatch . That collaboration underscored a shared commitment to science-backed, user-centric performance tools.
“Our mantra of Train, Recover, Repeat found natural alignment with Wild's mission,” said Scott Shepley, Head of Global Marketing, Amazfit.“Rather than reinventing the wheel, we saw an opportunity to make it run smoother and faster-by integrating Wild's cutting-edge capabilities into our performance ecosystem. This is a major step forward in delivering meaningful value to female athletes across the world.”
“Wild was born from a desire to build for women first-not as an afterthought,” said Hélène Guillaume, Founder of Wild.“Zepp Health shares our belief that physiology-informed tools are critical for women to thrive in sport. Together, we'll continue to support our community and bring Wild's science-driven approach to millions more.”
Wild App Key Capabilities:
-
Daily hormone-aware symptom tracking to power individualized insights
Integration with wearables (including Amazfit, Garmin, Apple Watch) for enhanced data
Adaptive training and nutrition guidance based on hormonal shifts, symptoms, and recovery status
Educational content that helps users understand hormonal impacts on performance, recovery, and injury risk
Trend analysis and monthly reports that surface correlations between training load, symptoms, and hormonal phases
As Zepp Health expands its offering to better serve the female athlete community, the company will:
-
Continue supporting the existing Wild app for current users across iOS and Android
Maintain compatibility with third-party wearables such as Apple Watch and Garmin
Begin global rollout of Wild features across Amazfit devices, starting in the United States
Deepen its focus on hormone-informed coaching and wellness across all stages of a woman's life
The Wild app will remain available for non-Amazfit users, and all existing services will continue uninterrupted.
