I am an Assistant Professor in Strategy and Organisations at the University of Bath School of Management. I have a PhD in Organisations and Innovation from University College London. Before joining academia I worked at Citibank Global Markets Limited in Europe and the Middle East.

I conduct research on topics related to the future of work with a particular focus on creativity and innovation, problem formulation and problem solving, and sustainability and pro-environmental behaviour. My work been published in top academic journals as well as in other texts and handbooks and has been disseminated through panels, roundtables and talks in academia. I work regularly with non-academic audiences to explore opportunities at the intersection of academia and industry and have appeared as a guest on media outlets such as BBC Radio London.
